There are so many easy ways to setup free ach payments

I considered taking a conventional loan and buy the property from her but I had a ch.7 bankruptcy due to divorce 3 years ago.

The tenant makes an ACH transfer each month (which they can put on autopay) and that just goes into my bank account.

What do checks, ACHs, and wires cost, because remember you're going to have all your expenses paid for by the IRA which means you need to request monies out, unless you're looking at doing an IRA LLC which is a completely different conversation.Then all you have to do is decide what the best fit for your situation is.Let me know if you have any other questions, I'm always happy to [email protected]

Edited: I was curious so I reread the police report I have saved: it was actually $15,500 taken via a ACH payment 

They focus primarily on businesses and do real estate loans, unsecured lines of credit, will allow you to ACH tenants, etc.

We set her up on our free ACH/Direct Deposit program and have started receiving her payments.I paid $5,000 for this loan.What I don’t understand is that after the origination of these two loans, they were bought and sold four times (including me) and each of these borrowers hadn’t paid since their origination.

The cost of an LLC in CA is not worth the effort on a property unless tt is a multi-unit dive that is just aching for a lawsuit.

Everything is online, and I can accept ACH rent payments for only $.50 (yes, 50 cents). 

I would differentiate mine from the others in the neighborhood by doing something special like offer to pay for a Uhaul for a day for the move, or free TV with a one year lease contract (TV's are cheap now, but you could make it a tablet, or whatever),  or offer a one day certificate to the spa to rub out those sore muscles after the move, restaurant gift certificate, whatever appeals to you.
