Sometimes I think of performance reviews, metrics, efficiency studies, downsizing, rightsizing, layoffs, project reports, reorganizations, mission statements, vision statements, slogans, politics, etc I shudder and say thank you to RE passive income for setting me free. 

Once you have goals, mission, and endsate defined, the road can take you anywhere. 

It is your mission to save up $2K to $3K in the 30 to 50 days.While you are saving you do some simply cost/deal calculations for PPC and for Facebook ads.This will let you know EAXCTLY how much money you need for any of these marketing venues to reliably get your first deal.Now once you have that money you will turn on marketing.

@Chris Munichiello  If you can find a triplex for $500K in Boston with the possible exception of Mattapan and Dorchester, I'd jump on it.I was just looking at MLS and there's a 3-plex in Mission Hill (!!!)

A lot of general knowledge of real estate could be self taught, if the mission was to learn from the conference like a seminar..then I think the attendees missed the point.

Speakers on a mission to sell their coaching/seminar/book/software/service.

They could then sell to a client of theirs and do so by financing it.No, not a wrap, but allowing them to originate and qualify their client.But:The non-profit can't be related to me, its board of directors should be related to me.The N/P should have a valid housing mission in the communityThe mission of the N/P would need to allow business to be conducted that profits to the extent that amounts made would promote the overall mission.If you have a N/P in your area, something along these lines might work.
