There may be similar opportunities for Canadians investing in the US on the horizon.

While I must admit that this seems like a ploy to literally buy votes, I do think that Universal Basic Income (UBI) is an important thing to consider with automation on the horizon in the years to come. 

Doable but will take lots of research on your part to see if it fits your goals, risk tolerance, and investment horizon.

The Horizon Village community just north of McMillan has had some recent construction come up.

There are still some capital expenditures on the horizon since they have literally done nothing since it was built in 2008. 

As for setting things for "the end" forget that, that's a pointless venture because you literally have 0 idea what that will be or looks like, it's over the horizon.

OK, some people need to have their hand held, but perhaps the better option is just to continue networking with many successful investors and broaden your horizons... just saying....Please prove me wrong
