Plenty of people evolve too....lets flip....ohhh that takes time and work....ohhh let's buy and hold....I don't like dealing with tenants....I can make 3x rent with STR....then STR gets banned and we'll move it to MTR......and then if you have the money....lets do syndications as an LP.....I like this.....let's do it as a GP.....Best wishes and good luck finding your passion.

I'd ask a structural engineer to come out and have him do a look see, If the situation evolves I'd maybe call out a independent adjuster and have him look at the situation, don't settle with insurance company yet.ya know foundation repairs can be done without tearing down a building.. call a foundation guy also.but the structural engineer may have good contact for foundation guy.
