Make sure you get an experience realtor that can guide you through the leasing process, vette out any prospects, explain what your duties as a landlord are and what to expect, good bad and ugly.

This will help you get familiar with the process of buying and managing with limited risk.

I completely agree, was mostly asking if these newer websites offer a faster or better process then checking records or hiring a title company. thanks!
