I'm a dentist, but a nontraditional one.  

One of the BP Podcast guests said something similar; "You wouldn't ask your dentist for advice on how to fix your car".

There are no more greedy landlords than there are greedy supermarket owners or greedy dentists.

They bank Dentist practices.. and a lot of them.. 

Pay for your scheduled services that have been cancelled: your barber, your house cleaner, your dentist, etc.Give BloodHelp people who shouldn't leave home; go grocery shopping for the elderly or those who are immunocompromised (using gloves and a mask, washing hands, disinfecting food packaging before delivering just to make sure you don't infect them)Donate to food banks Start a donation match for your favorite charity.

For a "Dentist" and that salary, looks like you are a student. 

Until the lender has really underwritten the borrower and the deal the rate will not be cemented in place.I am not  a lender but I am an investor on the commercial real estate side and a principal broker.I commit my time and energy to people that are dedicated to me and want the relationship.

I find myself thinking of many members as old friends. there something about seeing the same image year after year that cements relationships even Bill Gulley has kept the same image but for some reason he refuses to post a picture of his face.

A fellow agent here in NJ told me a story about how her client had a awful tenant and didn’t want to leave when he was evicted so when he was finally forced to leave he flushed bags of cement down every drain in the house!

If anything the FED is cementing its position as the Worlds Central Bank even more by reviving swap lines and finding ways to provide even more dollar liquidity to other central banks.
