The phone number on the Truste's Deed is someone's cell phone number, as is the phone number I was able to find on the internet.

Now, more recently I purchased a brand new off the shelf unit and wound up getting locked out of my property with my keys, tools and cell phone inside the property (this happened in the winter in MN).  

I think right now is a good time for you to go on a 7 day cruise where your cell phone will not work.
