John may not be a scammer, but "buying into a lending partnership" sure is.

Wiring funds into escrow is one of the most common ways to fund escrow, and the scammers have been hard at work trying to take advantage of that and get your money. 

It is unfortunate, but scammers have been around for years and they are always finding new ways to fraud.

Classic pump and dump due diligence scammers.. they relied on the fact that 10k was too little amount for people to sue for or the authorities to get interested in.. until they took the 10K from Ingrid Robinson.. 

I hate to say it but the look of this website is eerily similar to the one a scammer created to spoof our company several years ago.

there is a nice group of young guns there who work with investors I am sure they will now respond now that I mentioned the key word they focus on.Careful of scammers they come in all shapes and sizes.. there are always deals.. although you may want to think about diversifying if your accredited then syndication would be somethign to look at with VERY GOOD sponsors.
