In the property records, there is only a deed of trust for the first and second mortgage.I'm wondering if we can both sign a quitclaim deed over to a land trust directly, or if we can sign one back to me and then I can sign a land trust assigning an LLC established in Wyoming for privacy purposes as the trustee (and perhaps another LLC as the beneficiary of the trust).

It seems to me like the fact that the landlord returned the security deposit could hurt their chances in court (which is always kind of a crap shoot)-- BUT the courts will probably view very, very dimly a tenant that falsified military orders which is the only codified reason an Ohio landlord is required to let a tenant off the hook for the breach of a lease term for a habitable unit (assuming no harassment or privacy violations by the landlord).

We improved by adding AC, do the garden, build an outside shower and a pool and adding privacy fencing.The project for the small neighbourhood is also finished now, no more building sites in the neighbourhood.

@Forrest Williams These tiny homes are basically properties on wheels and have full showers and kitchens and living rooms so guests have their privacy!
