@Nicholas Gayton I think you're looking at a lot of the right things but you have to prioritize which are most important for your goals and objectives.

Always remember agents get paid when a deal closes so although many are good agents working in your best interest, they will always prioritize the buyers who they feel strongest will buy and close when they find something that meets their needs and their needs are not unrealistic.

You don't prioritize multiplication over division...they are at the same level and you do them left to right...While if that doesn't convince you, there's probably nothing more I can say that will convince you, but consider that pretty much everyone in this thread now agrees the answer is 288, and the one or two hold-outs have admitted they just have no idea.The best suggestion I've heard so far is to stick the equation in Excel and see what it has to say...

My personal theory is that if you prioritize "beer money" you can find a similarly sized unit in the same area for $50/month cheaper and buy some PBR. 

Prioritize guest experience over getting stuck in a race to the bottom with pricing.  

Here in Chicago, we are trying to find a healthy balance of all 3 but prioritize them in this order Quality, Cost, and then time...we've found if we leave our clients with a Quality product they will be happy in the longer term.
