Hey @Audrey Sommer, is this in regards to overall condition of the home or highest-best-use of a property for investing?

Not familiar with this but it sounds sketchy.

I called VRBO CS and they told me that this woman actually reported my profile. 

My goal is to have two single family homes by the end of this year with tenants and to be able to refinance them both to continue the process in the years to come.

The only two ways to rectify this are (1) purchase the property far below market price or (2) significantly increase the property net income usually through some method of “repositioning”. 

This depends on many things specific to each investor.
