They used to have a machine that was like and plainer with a spinning drum blade on the bottom that you pushed along and it would literally shave off the first layer of the floor.

Stepping in and taking action after my first was spinning out of control from a bunch of bad decisions by my PM at the time.

I've been reading books, watching YouTube videos, and visiting forums like BP to create a plan on how I should go about this.I've been introduced to so many great ideas and concepts I never thought of before, but I have to admit, my head is spinning a bit. 

I guess one spin on this could be we both be 50/50 partners with my partner providing the capital and we get paid equally but when we sell the building, he would recover his initial investment and we split the rest.Again...I didn't think that would be fair to him though.Thoughts on a different partner arrangement?

I am at some foreclosure sale every month for past 5 years or more and often the prices they sell for make your head spin counterclockwise. 

When you do that the bad deals cancel out the good ones for the portfolio and you are spinning your wheels. 

You can mingle and ask others if they recommend any training and absorb the night's information.When you attend the main / general meeting for the first time as a non-member, you might be given an opportunity to "spin the wheel" to get a discount on the first year's membership.

If you wanted to though it also appears that you could spin off each individual lot and structure as a 1031 since it appears that you have legal addresses for each.
