RK won't be the speaker, & I'm assuming it may be a 2 hr sales pitch to buy into a 2 or 3 day seminar or some course.

I find more value out of the free landlord meetings I attend once a month where they bring in a guest speaker, and more value at the local meetup some BP members organized.I suppose it makes sense to go to one of the events, just to make sure I'm not missing anything.

They tend to stay away from the guru speakers.

At one event, the speaker found out that an attendee was a lender and had her stand up and give her contact information.

Some have guest speakers who will try to sell you a program.  

I've also never heard of corporate rentals by owner I'd start scouring podcasts for speakers who have used different strategies in the MTR space.

Before Covid, the organizer did a good job at arranging a good variety of guest speakers. 

Sometimes they have guest speakers that have a product, but the sales pitches I have seen are always restrained.

(I think they meant their usual speaker was not there).
