Granted, that's the nature of my occupation as a handyman, but still, it would take a LOT to get me away from her if I were still teaching, for instance.So if on top of that he's burning his income on a nice place for hisself instead of something small and tight and cheap so more money goes home to his wife and/or children, that would be a red flag for me.

@Joe SplitrockYour correct , i felt like it would be a red flag as well but I asked the engineering firm that did the cost seg a million times , the lady owns a bunch of parks and she said that’s all she does and they offer audit support if that came to be .

We have managed to have 2 houses now under contract but one fell apart due to inspection red flags, and the other fell apart because it didn't appraise for what we were willing to pay for it and the seller wouldn't come down at all.
