That's exactly what we heard back in 2003-2006...but hey, at least I know where sentiment is.

Just like asset class cycles there are certain buyer sentiment that changes over time for what they are buying. 

I'll let everyone else ride those assets down and look forward to buying them when investor sentiment is maximum bearishness.

It has been valued since the Romans and keeps pace with inflation and sentiment. 

I'll echo other's sentiment - unfortunately the PM business is somewhat of a commodity, with pretty fierce competition on rates.

I agree with this sentiment @Ronald Starusnak.

On principle I agree with their sentiments but feel they a missing a huge part of the equation.

However, some elements, like capital and consumer sentiment are global, and or national, so my predictions look at not only local (supply/demand) issues, but also national politics and global money flows.
