Some lenders may relax the idea as long as the funds went into the subject property, which they will force you to prove it.

What is your preferred means of relaxing or winding down or whatever you want to call it?

Relax.

Today is quite a bit more relaxed..and am taking my wife out to lunch!

I will borrow $200K at 7-8% as I don't want to take the equity from my flats given the rubbish GBP/USD rate at the moment.Now I also want to do some RE investing while studying, what would you recommend I do in terms of financing, bearing in mind I will have $200K of student loans, and how relaxed are brokers with lending to someone with no job and no real income (remember all my small income is from abroad).

I could almost hear the sudden relaxing of her stance over the phone.  

Plus it's a beautiful and relaxing ferry ride into Seattle (vs. sitting in hours of traffic...waiting...waisting your life away behind thousands a other people).

It was not because Disney was a great company (it was, don't get me wrong) but it was seeing families who had saved up their money come down to this magical place to relax, unwind and reconnect with their families. 

Too many think that retirement means vacations and sitting around relaxing.

Now you spend 8 hours a day in a building. 30 minutes driving to and from that building, 1 hour getting ready to drive to that building and 1 hour relaxing after you come home from that damn building and 8 hours of sleep,  leaves not much to have a life.So there is my motivation.Now.
