I would have a small and I mean really small concern that they could turn it on and leave it running increasing your risk for flood damage.We have pot fillers in our condos.

Inside space- air compressors, tool area, parts area, work benches, working space for one car say 325 sq feet, etc. 

Growing weed in the house is a huge no, the smell of the high potency pot leaves an oil type smell that would mean a huge mess to clean up.The high humidity could cause a mold issue damaging all kinds on interior wood.
