I am looking for a partner for my company as well, for some operations capital and advice/mentorship in the GC space.

They can do their laundry.A dining room table is a waste of space. 

Thanks for the mention @Wayne BrooksThis is somewhat why I got into the note investing space a few years ago, as I was getting tired of being outbid at the auctions. 

From a broker perspective deal velocity is important to making money since you only make money when people move spaces or sell buildings. 

I personally believe  the commercial space might be in for a bit of a shock in 5-7 years when all those low rate adjustable loans reset; especially some of the weaker buys leveraged to 80% or more.

Last couple/few years have been more challenging as office space has been crushed. 

I find STR and MTR guests really need less closet space.  

I plan to short term it when I'm not living in it so I designed it with an additional vertical guest bed to the right of the living room and with extra dresser space in the bedroom in case of long term tenants.

We’re investing in KC from out of state and would like to get into the multi family space down the road.

There is an office that is detached from the house that we could make super cute and promote as a private haven for people and do a few more fun things with the large space of the backyard.
