That's not saying there has been no coordination in all of this between the feds and states, I'm sure there has.Dion made a very good point to usury issues as some closing costs paid to obtain the loan will be included in the APR.And speaking of APR, it's another clue to me that the originator is not regulated is that they advertised the deal without an APR mentioned, something registered lenders will do.BTW, I believe I know (sorta) about this property, by someone here as it was mentioned over a year ago about peeling lots off with seller financing.

They then treated (painted) the wood with an antibacterial paint (I think it was Microban or something like it).Note removal was done with proper ventilation and protective clothing including respirator/mask designed to filter out mold.
