That being said, if your tenant doesn't move out when the due date comes, just gently inform them that you will file and eviction that day.

LOL.Contracting with undisclosed principals has been done for hundreds of years, like I say, nothing is new in RE, just that the gurus twisted this idea and called it "wholesaling".
