I would suggest a staggered approach as well, but I would start with one being about 10 or 11 months duration, and others going up one by one 1 month at a time; and after that each would renew for exactly 12 months.

I had that problem on my first fewmonths in business, 21 BUSINESS days to clear 2 pcs 100k check, called the call center and explained my situation, needed to pay my bills on time and etc, maintained my patience for the duration of the call, they verified the issuing bank, made sure check was valid and money was on hold towards them, they then adjusted my account to overnight clearing, ever since that call, allmy checks are cleared overnight except non-working days.

If you feel strongly about a direction you can speculate on that direction and win big or lose big.Or you can invest for the long duration and somewhat avoid the speculation part and just be patient to get a few ups and downs out of the way.This would be an argument where 30y fixed rate loans are good if you don't know what the near future holds but you are confident about 20 years from now.

I would say it would be comparable to wildfire season in CA as far as duration and air quality.Bottom line is that Salt Lake is not even listed on the top 25 cities with annual particulate levels.
