Most are not going to hold 15 years anyways unless it is a hold to retirement and eventually (kick the bucket) property for estate planning purposes.

The closest thing I have to replicating that is a bucket of starling/pigeon bait, a scoped .22 pellet rifle, and a vacant lot next to my STR.

They told me that they would ship the bag to the federal reserve and it would be counted there and any adjustments to the count would be taken off my balance (that has never happened), they also said I am the only customer they allow to do this I don't know if that is true, for all I know when I leave they have the 3 tellers that are sitting around roll them in paper... in any event I dump the quarters in a bucket every week and every two or 3 months I break out the scale and fill the bag and drag it to the bank.I also paid $1500 for a MUCH better, new change machine. that DOUBLED my though put AND allowed the quarters to turn into bills.

Also, all of our rentals have the same color inside so that 5 gallon bucket of paint can go anywhere; no more labeling cans of paint with the property address.

Reminds of that story of the guy who paid the IRS with buckets of pennies, I think that was a story.It would be my arguement that rents could be made in cash and if one had cash in hand in front of a judge he would say....take the cash.
