There are 3 attributes that relate to contractors: Cheap FastReliable Unfortunately, you can only get two of the three with any given contractor...Personally, I prefer the fast and reliable combo, even if it costs me a little more. 

Of course you can get a job where HONESTY is an attribute, not a negative.  

@Austin Davis, BTW, were I to state all my accomplishments and attributes folks would consider me pretty vein and self aggrandizing. 

I suppose these buyers are able to turn a profit somehow and this has to be attributed that the market has been doing well and interest rates have been low for quite a while.

I am not a young person, not an engineer, nor a hipster - personal attributes I associate with a typical cryptocurrency investor.

Aside from the attributes of providing help to solve a problem, the ultimate goal is to make money which is compared against time spent on the deal.

But to be fair.historically speaking, we cannot ignore appreciation and attribute every projection of appreciation to speculation.
