I live and invest in Granbury and many STR's in the city of Granbury have been shot down in zoning lately.

(It is due to a tree that the city grew and will need to be cut down immediately to remediate the problem). (12k for the replacement of pipes and ~5 kfor tree)

I've heard that as long as I'm outside of the city limits I should do ok.
