I think the trends that I read in finance blogs that the next wave of purchases from investors will be towards markets that didn't see a bump the past 2 years.

There are a lot of great discussions and blog posts here on BP about those two options, so use the search feature to start finding some reading / learning material.As far as bank financing goes I always tell people to make sure you do not have the option as well.

I 'stumbled' upon this site after reading fellow member Brandon Turner's blog and minibook, and being inspired by all of the good things he had to say about the site and this community.

I especially love the blog!

Start topics on here of value and also add to topics with your knowledge.Start a blog in BP and start talking not about generic stuff that everyone knows but specific experiences and lessons learned from deals in the area you lend in.
