I originally got my license for investment purposes only and on occasion I will list a high end deal and make a nice commission in 5 digits.

My dad did it for me when I was in high school and the result is I have a very long history, large credit limits, and credit lines that I've used on numerous occasions at 0 percent to buy properties with.

I will use that on occasion in the future.

@Peter Grote, I've worked with wholesalers on two occasions, if you want to avoid the long read, the takeaway is- why would you do that to yourself?

In most occasions you can use your auto to drive to meetings, take customers out to lunch, drive to a home you are potentially purchasing etc. and there is no need for a commercial policy. 

On rare occasions sellers will be hesitant and some will refuse to give you the address.
