I live in Denver and my property is a single family home, but the land is zoned to support a duplex.The house was separated into two units up/down when I bought it, with separate entrances, electricity and water.I'm looking to get the property zoned as a duplex and the city is asking for:- Need Site Plan that contains Reference Lots and Front Setback Dimensions- Spot grade elevation points at primary front setback and rear cornersAre these site plans something an architect needs to do?

Especially one outright admitting he made a mistake.As for going out and getting stung before I can have a voice in the conversation...thank God men and women have died for me to have the freedom of speech I so willingly use to tell you that you can either be kind and change your mentality, or you can watch reruns of M.A.S.H on your deathbed with no one around because you were a “man” to the end.Personally I prefer kindness, and helping 19yr olds that are interested in real estate.

Also, they will need to do elevations and sectional views for permitting... so there is a huge probability that you will end up paying for the house to be measured twice.
