Not a lot left.Only you can answer the STR question but a huge, rural property doesn't scream AirBnB or high occupancy rates to me unless it is a hunting area or something like that.

I see prices that just months ago would have been a screaming buy, I call a few realtor contacts who know the area better and inevitably hear that the market at that price point has died in recent weeks.They still might be under value and they might ultimately be great buys if things swing the other way in a few months.

Keep an eye on the interest rates and shop around though, if you can get a scream of a deal on the refi it might be worth it at some point. 

Verified owners would have "VERIFIED" next to their name so visitors would know it's a legitimate profile.

If the cash flow isn't that strong and the property isn't poised to appreciate much before it depreciates, it's not such a screaming investment that I'd recommend spending extra money to have the opportunity to make an eh investment. 

My golden male bit 3 people the  Shepard ONE  and that was someone who walked into my home unannounced dog came to the door like she always does the lady screamed and turned and ran and got bit on the butt.. just that flee chase reaction dogs will have.. and lately with two chiwawa's  both long haired.. the white one Cujo bit numerous people and me all the time..

They got all the flipping info, photos they want tell them you will not tolerate any visitors period.

I can imagine what will happen when their friends visit or damages are assessed. 

It is by no means a screaming deal if all went well but a meager deal as is.
