Depending on the condition of the homes you may not add any value whatsoever, or you may add up to 10K if they're newer and really nice (uncommon).  

I have very little experience with this whatsoever so I'm just regurgitating info I've heard from others, I've heard the best plan is to keep contributing until you have a stable REI company, and then you can roll the funds into a self-directed IRA that you can use to fund some deals.

The banks could have rewritten every loan they had on real estate and extended the term for another 10 years or so and it would have stopped the housing crash, instead they sat back and did nothing, with no care whatsoever what it would do to the country.

I don’t believe BK has any effect on Tax deed auctions whatsoever, unlike mtg foreclosure auctions.

Maybe this is out of date, but I see "missing teeth" lots on Google Maps that would seem very developable.
