I am licensed and have experience in both retail and wholesaling but I am looking for a way to put the positive spin on the stigma negatively affecting the honest people in this thread.

Curious to see what ways you guys do the math (and the pros/cons to spinning it either way) while doing lots of up front renovation on purchase of a home to prep it for tenants.

In NV you can also create a "series LLC" , in which you can spin off successive LLC's from a parent LLC, all being separate entities.

I would assume they keep a lid on things so employees can't spin off their own companies to compete with them.
