Why RED wire is not connected? 

As someone who has been at this for more than 25 years now and having lived in 6 states (equally mixed between Red and Blue) and having invested in California (Bay Area, principally), Florida, Las Vegas, upstate New York, Ohio and Illinois I can tell you that what helped me achieve financial independence like no other were my California real estate investments. 

And I think now is a great time to invest with a red hot rental market in SD. 

Right now a lot of housing markets are red-hot which can also lead to a shortage of rental properties.

If you are selling a security, meaning, you are taking capital and giving ownership in a real estate property, this will be a red flag.

But wait the new $150k mortgage payment is now higher than your $100k now your in the red each month correct doesn't make sense so what am I missing.

It may land on red for five spins and you could conclude we are "due for" black.

It's beyond red hot. 

The iron content is at it's limit, and you'll get red stains on anything where water sits as it oxidizes with exposure to air but a water softener will take care of that.
