The long term vision is to build financial freedom, generational wealth, leverage the tax advantages of becoming a real estate investor and potentially cultivate it into my main source of income.

The work doesn’t scare me, in fact i love creating something beautiful that most can’t see; I have a vision.

I prepare my mindset 7 days a week - yes, workout 7 days a week - so my day is tunnel vision of what I want. 

It's a red flag, but you screen them like anyone else and move on.The reason it's a red flag is that many people will offer to pay rent up front because it clouds your vision.

Irrelevant if you know how to navigate the Cleveland markets/ inspectors  I guess in Cleveland, city inspectors have X-ray vision.
