If the utility company requires an inspection before initiating service and upgrades are needed, you will not be able to complete them as HUD allowed no repairs/modifications to be completed prior to closing

I would be nice if a landlord could a demand in  :)    If it really gets bad i am more than certain landlords recourse will be mortgage modifications.. they are already there just have to ask.. 90 day no pay.. but then i think they want you to bring them current at 90 days.. not sure but I think thats how i read that..
