@Jonathan Krystinak...I second Orlando, and our area has tons of properties that are designed specifically for for folks who want to spend some time here, and rent them out the rest of the year.

Using the enemy method, it’s clear that most either don’t invest in professional design or professional photographers.

Some go for $700k plus and are designed as high end student rentals and others, in Bryan,  sell for $200k but need a lot of work.

PriceLabs doesn’t have this feature currently but they told me it’s likely coming.
