Do you anticipate fiber cement maintaining its current appeal?

then pumped gas during the gas crisis.. quick stint in collage ( 1 year) I graduted high school early... did not like Collage at all.. my dad talked me into coming home living there at 18 and getting my real estate license.. while I was studying to do that I tried selling dental equipment ( few months ) very tough failed at that .. tough getting past front desk and dentist are cheapo's...

The numbers and the seller's motivation are all that matter.FWIW, though, I will not let my buyers cement a deal based only on the seller's repair estimates, as that is part of the buyer's due diligence.

I am blessed to have a wonderful rewarding career as a dentist however I realize that despite the privilege of a solid income, my school debt and the risks associated with dental business investing have inspired me to look into wealth generation outside my field to secure a financial future for my growing family. 

Yes they have been taking over some spaces in centers but the talk is long term they might not be a viable tenant.Nail salons,dentists,orthodontists,etc.

Until the lender has really underwritten the borrower and the deal the rate will not be cemented in place.I am not  a lender but I am an investor on the commercial real estate side and a principal broker.I commit my time and energy to people that are dedicated to me and want the relationship.
