Just make sure that the preparer is comfortable answering questions relating to your real estate activity.However, if you are looking to scale up and want to make sure you are compliant and not leaving money on the table, then be very sure that your tax preparer knows the industry backwards and forwards.I hope that helps.Thanks for the recommendation @Yonah Weiss!
