As Micki M. said, walking through with your project manager is a good idea, but definitely start trying to form relationships with painters, roofers, flooring installers, etc ASAP!

Foundations and exteriors can be a real crap shoot so I would get a contractor in to give a bid.For interiors start asking subs, window guys, flooring guys, painters, and tile guys to bid projects on some of your properties.

what drove mass vacancy in some markets  was that new construction and all construction halted.. were do you think all those construction workers went or did... this is what killed AZ  central CAL  FLA  GA  huge construction booms were going on and came to a screeching halt.so everyone from foundation to framing to sheet rock to painters everyone in the trades were affected.. and guess who most of their workers were..
