I'm from MA and I just wasn't sure if this is legal to do so?

So if you are using a lender in MA and there is no attorney the real estate bar may come after you for UPL (unauthorized practice of law).

I'm looking at two options: "very local" multi-families in the Lowell, MA area and property in Florida (where I used to live and have a buddy still there and his wife is a real estate broker and he used to flip/hold houses before the market crashed on him).Both are for income purposes.  

I live in lowell MA , I'm young and driven to get this on the road.

Also, in primary markets, you will find a high degree of institutional demand for parks, so when a deal comes on the market you will have a difficult time competing with that institutional buyer. 

In MA they are not published but if I go to housing court all the cases are posted on the wall in the lobby showing the landlord and the tenants names.

Also what kind of people/institutions should i be talking to?

I am actually looking into this Business and haven't decided if i wanted to start my business in NH or in MA.  

Does a dedicated mortgage company (which I noticed are mostly LLC's themselves) lend to LLC's.2.Is wholesaling considered legal in Massachusetts?

My question is: Is this normal NOT to show sales data when between institutions such as banks and HUD/VA?
