With that said I try and attended Larry's Monday night meet up once a month or so, mountain West IRA the last Thursday of the month, and the Clearwater lunch every other Wednesday at Joe's Crab Shack.  

@Larry Turowski I think your point is probably one of the best from a take away "It helps to be smart but you don't need to be brilliant" is I think one of the reasons people choose real estate.
