While for instance, I think you can still find relatively conservative syndication offerings these days (which constitute equity offerings), someone like @Ian Ippolito may suggest to stick to debt offerings only at this time.

Orlando is a monster to get in to.. but there's Disney World, Sea World, Universal, and supposedly in 2025 Orlando is getting flying taxis with the initial launch being a commute being Tampa and Orlando.Gainesville is smaller, but for most it's the first largest city you hit on i75 when driving into the state from Georgia.Fort Myers/ Cape Coral/ Naples is also growing fast but was recently hit by Hurricane Ian with record damages.
