It's not rocket science. 

Some will be remodeled and some will be all original.While I think the expression, "it's not rocket science" is way overused in REI, it doesn't mean you don't have to think and be smart about how you do the business. 

@Tim Puffer  Buying/selling a property is not rocket science, and involving agents increases expenses to buyers and sellers.

. :)but for many families its about stability..for me I have never rented I bought a home to live in when I was 19  and never looked back.fate had me living in Silicon valley when I made my first buy in 1970s and well if your not familiar prices in those areas sky rocketed over the last 4 decades.. so it was the right thing for me in many ways.

So far I have used rocket lease for my applications.

Demand for low priced rentals has sky rocketed but growth in rent rates is capped because people can't afford to pay more because they aren't making more.

It is really not rocket science , and never , ever let someone tell you cannot do it .
