If you want that product and it's not in your area then you can either try to change an existing building to it if the demand is there, demolish and old build or buy vacant land and build it, or find it available in another area.If you demolish an old building sometimes the benefit is it's an eyesore to the community already where you are not tearing away nice trees etc. so you get easier approval to re-adapt the space and the community comes on board faster.

Some stuff worked for him, some stuff didn't until he adapted it slightly to fit his personality and work ethic.Over my career I saw a lot of guys with little education earning $100K plus, back when that was serious money, it's still 2 1/2 times the average in the US.

It takes time and practice to get comfortable and there is always something new to learn, but I think following a system has helped me focus and become automated so that tackling the learning curve and making adaptations is never that difficult.

We agreed to an addendum later.So a few months gone by and in the last few weeks, the new dishwasher and washer are in, no glitches, he even hired my recommended handyman to do the install, who at the same time with my instructions relocated the junction box, as well as changed out the existing hot water valve to a dual valve instead of the messy adapter tees and connectors.
