Research and consider using Section 8 or a subsidy program like (HOW - Housing Opportunities for Women or Catholic Charities) as a means to secure guaranteed rental payments especially during these uncertain times.

I'm learning that the insurance world in general has not really studied or embraced the "sharing economy" that is cropping up everywhere.

Also, In my years and the 30 or so appraisals I have needed, 2 times they have been done by women.

I haven't been able yet to embrace a pure negative cash flow investment.  

I also was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Women's Council of REALTORS, RE/MAX International and the Medallion Award through CRS.  

This was an important concept for me to understand and embrace as a military member, because i knew I would be moving every few years.
