If Phil and his apprentices  are crushing it so great,selling and doing deals all over North America up into Canada then why does he need 4K  from a little guy who is just getting started to be accepted . youd think if he is a master teacher an expert and a big shot he would just volunteer that information because he’s getting half the profits of any deal for doing nothing 

I also applied to volunteer with Habitat for Humanities to learn some basic home remodeling skills as I feel it would be helpful in my journey.

I have been using for close to 2 years with 5 units of my own and a housing board I volunteer on (15) units.

We are looking for contractors that would either do some volunteer work to help us build (I know... a big ask!)

I'm willing to volunteer for any local investors just to gain hands on knowledge in this business.

I see your point i just hard  find it hard finding this info out..its like a poker tell..they arent voluntarily volunteering this info out some of them..like im struggling i need to sell..lost my job going through divorce..etc etc...if they blurt that out..they lose their position..I guess some people just tell you straight up..my wife died, im broke need to sell asap..some are more honest than others i guess and just will be straight up with you.
