I’m curious how other landlords or managers are attracting travel nurses to your MTR?

I want to know when I've found a good deal in order to speak confidently with a potential seller.

For myself, I think my ultimate goal is to have an alternate cash flow to offset my dependence on a day job, which would allow me to choose a job I enjoy rather than have to find a job based on salary and ultimately allow me to travel with family more and enjoy life rather than stress about money.Thanks in advance and hope to connect and gain wisdom!

Therefore, it really depends on where you want to visit, establish community, maybe and easier travel experience such as direct flight.  

For me, I may need to relocate to fully retire or may want to travel after retirement but always want a place to come back to.

As you plan to reset and pursue your goal of attaining $5,000/month in positive cash flow with decent liquidity, partnering with other investors could be a valuable option to consider.There's a famous quote that says, "If you want to travel fast, travel alone; however, if you want to travel far, travel in a group."

My confidence in backfilling Class C retail is low, but that's also because I'm not a specialist in it. 

This is an area that thrives on travel as it’s primary industry.

I think we are already starting to see that shift, and that midterm rentals will grow in popularity not only with travelers but also with local tenants.
