You're already in the right place to have the help you are requesting, just keep hopping into these forums and ask questions, read posts and comment and as @Mindy Jensen mentioned, you'll find yourself in communication with local investors who you may be able to do some work with & for over the next couple years to really get your feet wet in the industry.

Both have experience in the construction industry.

The property is comprised of four 2b/1ba units in the South Dallas-Fair Park neighborhood and is right across the street from a large industrial plant.

I am NOT a quitter by any means, but I am reaching out with a small white flag/olivebranch/plea; I have a lot in place, a lot to offer, but I need guidance, support, accountability, college a FRIEND in this industry.  

IE one industry that relocates.. these big metro areas are 2 diverse to let one industry take them down.

I currently work in the IT industry and have done well, but I'm looking to increase my earning potential and hopefully help some more people along the way.  

I'm not going to go into that story because it's the same for most people.ANYWAY I decided to get into the industry as a professional and learn my way into things and get paid for it.

I have studied brokerage behind two top brokers in the industry since entering and am currently partnered with one.Before brokerage, I worked for two unique gentlemen in Los Angeles who own bars, restaurants, hotels, movie/tv production groups and promoting groups.

Be careful of places like Fiverr, as I haven't seen anything good come from places like that.For content creation, use someone domestic who has a clue about the industry. 

Currently I have one rental property in downtown Raleigh and am looking to learn more about the industry and looking for more rental opportunities.Feel free to share ways to learn about this new interest.Davis
