At the least, I find it quite unprofessional for someone to not call or email you back to say they're too busy.

Looking back, I know that I was scammed.The Process Goes something like the following:- You email expressing interest to enter the glorious world of commercial real estate.- Some guy calls (Peter Harris Sales Rep) to assess weather you are naive enough to pay 10K with ZERO information to support the educational claims.- I asked for references.  

In this case, I read the customer service notes and email communication and felt we dropped the ball. 

Remote workers, recent divorcees needing a temporary spot, incoming residents unsure where they want to live, and yes, traveling nurses. 

You can email too but be sure to also follow whatever your lease says. 

I actually found this deal off market by emailing the owner.
