No tenants, hammers or evictions required.

I am jaded and if I state my opinion then I would get hammered by the brokers and agents here.

It's like the guy who keeps hitting his hand with a hammer and someone asks him why he does that.

But everyone has there niche and I was never interested in picking up a hammer.  

You want to " swing the hammer" or oversee guys? 

In NY State, to prevent this from happening, they passed the "Home Equity Theft Prevention Act".this is exactly what happens and what happened to that crew I rescued a few years back.. drank the same cool aid started to have defaults when it was good they lived off the positive cash flow.. so when it started to go bad did not have proper reserves never had proper reserves starting out and its a falling knife.. then you have others that set out to do this on purpose.. they know the credit is not in their name they get the house in their name and have no intention of paying the underlying.. these folks deserve to be in jail they are thieves.. so you have one that's premediated and the other that is robbing peter to pay paul did not intend it to happen that way but got there anyway.. ignorance is no excuse you still get hammered maybe not as bad.. but its still a seller losing their home and credit.. 

This is the perfect time to buy in Belize since the Airbnb business is being hammered. 

I can meet you in the Hammer no problem.  

Good inspectors will demand the drywall be removed so a complete inspection can be done -- using sledgehammers if needs be -- and you will have spent more money and time.BTW -- didn't you get a home inspection and list of things to remediate before you purchased?
