Last year a rent control bill was drafted, at the state level, and this is a long legislative session year so its likely to pass considering the number of renters far outweighs the number of investors.

The first session was three days of intensive training in January that took place in a Sheraton hotel in Anaheim, CA.

I always recommend taking your time rather than attempting to rush a cram learning session.
