I usually see that sentiment from agents who want to discourage wholesalers from starting but I haven't seen/heard any legislation passing in regards to that.

- Thanks for the invite to the conversation.We rent to a fair number of foreign students - some by the room, some as apartments.I will re-iterate the sentiment already expressed that we have very little trouble or any sort with our foreign students - we had one who left suddenly and owed us rent.
